Orkin in Hyde Park is fantastic! The customer service is excellent. The woman who took my call clearly explained the process I needed to get rid of the aggressive hornets that quickly built their football sized nest on my garage door in the front of my house and was building a new one in the back of my garage as well. We also agreed that my house needed to be treated for the carpenter bees that have been here for awhile.
