I am incredibly disappointed with the Orkin location closest to my location. Anthony is nothing but rude and unhelpful when calling. When I called for a service to deal with the CARPENTER BEE issue we were having, they got us scheduled quick. However, the day of service the tech lied to his supervisor (on camera) and told him we only needed a quick spray because we were working on the house; a conversation that I never had with him. The tech was at my house for TEN MINUTES spraying and that was it. No treatment for the very ... read more

They don’t return phone calls once they have your money and a signed contract
Our technician was very nice BUT was more concerned with whispering to my dogs then Treating my house for pests. I had to keep asking him to check places in my home bc he was content just spraying for ants and leaving when I was told he would look around for any other pest service needs upon his first visit. I had to ask him to check the basement for rodent activity Bc I know we get them in the basement in which he told me there was none. There clearly was.
