Your technicians Casey and Matt were wonderful. Matt came out one day last week and took care of the termite issue and was great then also. Orkin as a whole made me wait over a month to handle a birds nest that could have been taken care of in 15 minutes which Matt and Casey did together today. It also took me 4 or 5 phone calls to get Konae out to inspect it and then have Matt and Casey take care of it. So your Technichian s are great but disappointed with the Office staff. The professional team came and worked hard and looked for every possible source of entry to fix then and there - they explained what they were doing and why - even asked my permission to do the necessary fixes….which I was of course agreeable!
