Literally the worst experience I've had of any kind for this type of service. First of all they don't seem to know how to schedule the work. They pretty much show up whenever they want to even though a pre determined appointment has been set. Secondly, they walked into my house and did whatever they wanted to without trying to figure out what the problem is or why I had called them in. I have an issue with fruit flies. The sell team is supper aggressive and convinced me to a one year service plan, while could not solve my problem. I was tricked to a service that actually they cannot provide. After the guy was here I’m still left with the same problem, so what’s the point?

The technician failed to show with no call or text. Since my first visit I have not been at all impressed with their service. Was particularly unimpressed when the termite technician gave me a quote over the phone without even seeing the property. Also didn’t bother to follow up with a written proposal. The other companies did.....

The reason I went with Orkin for my home, was because I was promised a number of things; a report, de-web, cork and seal, spray every entry and exit hallway, windows, the entire outside, and kitchen and bathroom. I was told the product they use is completely safe for infants and animals, which I have both in my home. My service appointment was the day of the tropical storm Isais. I called an hour prior to my appointment and ask if they would still come out and they did a no-call no show. Although they comped me for my time... read more

First day was scheduled for 10-12 am. They never showed or called. I called and they responded and rescheduled for the next day 8-10 am. Never heard anything until 11:30 They finally came

I call and leave messages and no one calls me back. you cannot speak to anyone. that's not good. that's the problem I have. otherwise their service might be good but I only just started with them. one treatment so far.

Very irresponsible. All good workers never come back to establish a relationship bc they all quit. Bad service.

Better surface!! I had rats inside our garage and crawl space they came and set traps and they did not work very well at all!! We still kept seeing and hearing them we probably had about six to eight total it maybe caught one or two I kept calling they kept coming and no improvements were made! I finally went to Home Depot and bought rat poison myself which I asked the guy to put down and he refused to!! Within 3 days all our rats were dead and I haven't had a problem since and then you guys came for service without even a r... read more
