Paul was very knowledgable and kept me updated as he went through the different processes to remove the yellowjackets from my home attic where they made residence in the insulation. He removed the bees from my main floor closet as well where they burrowed (wrong word perhaps) from the attic to get in the main living spaces. Literally the worst experience I've had of any kind for this type of service. First of all they don't seem to know how to schedule the work. They pretty much show up whenever they want to even though a pre determined appointment has been set. Secondly, they walked into my house and did whatever they wanted to without trying to figure out what the problem is or why I had called them in.
