The staff did not show up on the scheduled appointment . This happened twice. The office scheduled the first appointment and the staff did not come in. I called the office but no one is answering. The staff called the following day stated he was not informed of the appointment so he rescheduled today but still did not show up. The office is also not answering the call. I initially paid the service in full but the service is not complete yet. This is very unprofessional.

The technician did a bad job. There are 3 units and he only did one. Everyone was watiing. He claimed that he knocked on their doors . He didn't press the bell and they didn't hear the knock on the door.. it's bad to do one unit when there are more.
