First several treatments worked well but the last one (not today’s) did not hold up. To make matters worse the scheduled me for the end of the month when in the past they had scheduled me for the beginning of the month. Hoping this treatment last!

Service agent was courteous and professional. Explained process and how system works afterwards. Very thorough. For those who are still in hibernation and lockdown. Service agent wore mask and kept distance while performing his job function. All in all very satisfied with service agent and process.
