We have been using Orkin for over a year and are thoroughly satisfied. Chris is our tech and he is thorough, knowledgeable and courteous. We are so happy with him that when our daughter purchased her home in the same town we recommended she use Orkin because we knew Chris would be her tech too. Worst service ever. They lie to you from the initial phone call. The treatment was inefficient and that would have been okay, had they been willing to answer the phone and be open to trying alternative sprays. However, you cannot get anyone to call you back. Took me over a week to finally get on the phone with someone and I still didn’t actually get that phone call back. I just had to call multiple times until I could finally land a manager on the phone.
