Get directionsTerrible follow-up support for existing customers who request repeat service. Need to wait a week for a technician to return for wasp problems. This after being a customer for many years. Service costs continue to rise, and quality of service is lower. Stay away from Orkin, high-cost low quality. Service Manager doesn't care about customer service.
Orkin did an insect service. The insects are still around. 3 attempts to call and can’t get through and messages not returned . Tried to reach out via website and received an error message. I am a new customer and this is my first experience with Orkin. Seems very likely to be my last.
Service was good, but the appointment no one came, when I call the next morning I was asked if I wanted to make another appointment. I never cancelled the first. I should have been still on the list for the next morning. At least someone should have called me.
I do not recommend their service I had them for over three months spent close to $400 and we still have a rat problem at night they would spray for bugs said he would come back to treat for rats and never show up technicians always had a different story did not seem like they knew what they were doing very dissatisfied
This was the first appointment. I can’t say I would recommend or not recommend Orkin until I see some results. I could say to a friend they seem okay. The service person was punctual, polite, he laid some traps and will be back in a week.
