Orkin rep came 2 hours before appointment time so we weren’t home - like last 3 visits. We asked him to return as we now have a rodent in our heating system. He returned to our mobile home park and went to the wrong house. He was apologetic and admitted he had treated the wrong house 3 times (for last 10 months). He notified Manager of his mistake. I told mgr. I want my money back. Mgr. kept saying “ we’ll Give you 3 free treatments.” No Thanks. No more Orkin for Me !!!!

Terrible, I am very disappointed in the way the job was done. I could have done better with a can of spray from the hardware store.. saw three yesterday and I only saw two before calling you.
