The scheduling is horrible. We set up service through a tech and let him know what hours of day worked; it didn’t seem to be a problem. They then scheduled for the date and time, that we previously discussed that did not work. We called customer service, and they scheduled for a few weeks out between 4-6; the day before I received a text stating it rescheduled our appointment to 8-10am which was the previous schedule that didn’t work; called up customer service again and they scheduled for 2-4pm. We have been a customer for six years. Over the last few months the service we have received has declined dramatically. Here are just a few examples: First, my daughter and wife are both immunocompromised, as such I have stated that all techs must wear a tyvek suit. Each appointment it has become a 50/50 chance that the tech isn’t prepared accordingly. Second, we have had two separate incidents (the last 2 months) of no call and no show. Although the tech was courteous & professional the price tag of $280.00 for someone to come into my house to put down a few mouse traps with pieces of slim Jim’s on them seemed a little steep to say the least ! I could have done the same thing for less $30.00 . Waste of money .
I do not really know what our orkin pest control service is regularly, we have had this service for 3 years or so. When your person came this 2020 seasom september he did not want to go inside due to covid. I said sir, what kind of service them are we supposed to get ??? Termite control and bug control inside our home. I need little traps unside as we are getting spiders. I do not see any traps and i am sure he sprayed somewhat inside our house.
