RecommendedI have been using Orkin Services for over 5 years. I have had 3 extremely knowledgeable service people. Tom is very kind, considerate and punctual! I have had them come out on off visit to get a dead rodent from my yard even! Once we thought we had termites and Tom came along with one of his colleagues to inspect and informed me that it wasn’t termites but most likely dust (from a tree in our yard that was cut back the month prior)! Impossible to schedule. This location does not communicate with the call center or customer. Fails to adhere to MA state code for pest trap clearance and failure to adhere to my contract as they leave rotting, deceased trapped animals that then grow mold and decompose in your home. Do not waste your time, energy and money at this location.
I called today to set up an initial appointment. got this nice woman on the phone set up someone to come out today between 2-4. a Saturday from 2-4, i called at 11:30 this morning. so i canceled all our plans (kids where not happy) but we work all week so today it is. at 4:08 i called to see how far out they were since i had an appointment at 5 the woman said i’m sorry they missed your appointment, that is unacceptable and orkin apparently doesn’t care about anyone else’s time and this isn’t the first time it happened as i’m... read more
