We had a wonderful experience when the technician came to our home, very professional, very nice, very informative. He did a great job. Later that same day we had an issue and contacted the same person for assistance.Via text message we were basically told we were on our own as it was 9:30 and our technician stated he was in bed & off the following day. I wasn’t very impressed with that response.....so not really sure where I stand. I guess time will tell...
