Erik went above and beyond to carefully check all possible sites. Getting into the attic and down in the crawlspace is always a challenge! He even found a new trouble spot and corrected the problem . He could not have been more professional .And on a 94 degree day!

Would prefer if Orkin included the home owner in the scheduling of visits. I attempted to reschedule the visit for 2 hours without success, no one available to answer calls.
They did everything they told me they were going to do and went out of their way to do more.
