Leo was on time, we’ll organized, knowledgeable and pleasant. I felt comfortable having him in our home. It’s nice to know he will continue to be our regular serviceman too. The rates are comparable to other exterminators. The offices kept me informed as to when he would arrive. I would definitely recommend Orkin!!
They were fast and professional. The only thing was that the original conversation said that they’d also kill ‘all the bugs 🐜 in the in-law house. This was for the original price. But when they arrived (complete with the “up seller”) this had changed to the hornets nest only. So I have to reschedule for the tiny bugs. Eeeeeeeeeeeeeewwwwwwwwwwwwwww! One of the gnats is on my phone. Hate them! Oh yuk. I missed. So not going any where now.

Very knowledgeable, pleasant and efficient.
3/14/22. LOVE Orkin. 2nd year using them. Signed up for contract where they come out every 3 months. The tech, Rich and inspector, Jordan did a complete inspection of the home, found one problem we didn’t know we had, treated other problems we knew about. Each communicated what they found and explained how and why they were treating the way they did. A great feeling to know that we are protected! Well worth the price!!
