Although my experience didn’t start the greatest. The follow up from Miranda is what honestly drew me back to Orkin. She seem very genuine and I could tell she was going out of her way to make sure my service was flawless. I also need to give a shout out to Xavier! Just as Jeff was getting finished inspecting termite traps, we pulled and asked about having him close any holes that mice could get in. He very pleasantly agreed to take a look and see what he could do. We've got him scheduled to come out and do the work for a very reasonable rate. Our cabin is over 100 years old and we approved of the work Orkin has done in the past. Nice job!!
