Edward has been a great service man, he has been so helpful and answered all of my questions with very knowledgeable responses goes above and beyond to help me understand what the service consist of. I’m thankful to have orkin as my defense against creepy crawlers. I have been very satisfied with this technician. I have requested that Edward be my regular technician. If he cannot be, I will have to consider switching companies. Most of the other techs that came out did very little.
