I had no idea that my service man wasn’t coming inside, I have had a couple mice in my kitchen area, I wish he would have ATLEAST came to the door and asked me about how things were INSIDE.!!! I went through my house, removed things from all window sills, pulled blinds up, and curtains back, pulled out all my square traps, that were old, and was going to ask him to replace them, and set my other traps that had tripped but dint catch the mouse I’ve been trying to get!
The two people they sent to my house did a very thorough job!

I can’t tell you how professional and knowledgeable and helpful Mitch was for me!! He was so honest with me about everything!! I know they weren’t out just to get my money like other pest control companies were!! I can’t say in words how satisfied I was!!
Jeff was prompt, well prepared, personable and got right to work identifying and resolving the problem.
I was supposed to know 2 hours before they arrived per text sent me. It was 20 minutes. I wanted to let them know that no one was here.
