Orlando Diaz was very professional representing us and goes the extra mile to reach the attainable goal in our best interest. He was consistent would follow through to answer any questions, concerns we may have had. Our situation was a challenging one and the bank we were working with presented us with special criteria to close our loan. He keeps the clients goals and best interest in mind. Orlando did a great job closing on our property in a short period of time! He was very eager and professional, answered all questions we had and was available whenever we had questions or needed to discuss something with him. Our situation was a bit out of the norm as we were not always available to read emails, sign, speak on the phone and other things people with a 9-5 job can accomplish.
