Orlando did a great job from beginning to end. The objective was to refi with cash out. We have a 2 story, mixed use property with commercial down and residential up. This configuration is difficult in that there are few lenders who are willing to bid on such a situation. After identifying one of a few lenders, Orlando set out take on this battle.
