Orlando recently helped me with refinancing my condo in SF. Orlando has been in the business a long time and is very knowledgeable. The loan process can be complicated and there is always some degree of uncertainty about the interest rate and associated costs of the loan. Orlando gave me a very accurate picture of what to expect. I recently worked with Orlando for the purchase of my first home. This turned out to be a very difficult purchase, yet Orlando accepted the challenge of an accelerated closing date with one road block after another, and did a fantastic job for me. He worked closely with my real estate agent and title company to get everything in place, and it was much less painful on me than I expected. I've been working with Orlando since early in the 2000's on multiple refinancings. He has always been a pleasure to deal with; he is knowledgeable and informative. Having worked with him since well before the financial crisis of 2008 and up to our last refinance this year, it is apparent that there is no situation or environment that will keep him from getting the job done.
