It was fine. I was in on a day off, Brian was efficient with keeping me in the loop, and I ended up getting a ride home with the shuttle so I didn't have to sit there's for 3 hours while my car was worked on.

Dealership was clean, atmosphere was good no whole lot of noise, refreshments was good. Overall I would say it was a nice place to be on a Saturday morning. It's a 5.
