Verified Renter When we moved to this complex, it was a very neat and well kept community. However, the residents are pretty much to themselves and don't really associate with others. If you are looking for "peace and serenity" this is a fantastic place, or was until the noise levels got to become out of control. I hope it will return to what it was when we moved in over 2 years ago.
Oro Vista I have lived at Oro Vista Luxury Apartments for over a year now. I genuinely feel at home at this apartment complex! Want to know the reason why? It doesn't feel like an apartment at all! Oro Vista Luxury Apartments I love my apartment complex! The leasing staff is very friendly and understanding! The apartments are high quality! It's like my own little home it doesn't even feel like an apartment! The property is always very clean and maintenance is always on top of repairs when/if needed! I'm signing my second year lease this Saturday! I can't wait to stay longer!!
Horrible Management After being approved, we were told 2 weeks later that the apartment that we were approved for was no longer available due to “unforeseen circumstances”. Meaning they would be losing out on money for the amount they listed the apartment for. Our family of 4 had to scramble to find a new place to live in 30 days. Horrible management with even horrible moral compasses.

Verified Renter At least twice a week, there is a restaurant, just outside the complex, that has bands play. They play loudly, and go on until about 9:30 pm or so, on Thursdays and Sundays - both days where one would normally need to get rest for the following workday. This is very disruptive to anyone who likes peace and quiet. Oro Vista Apartments Terrible establoshement that just wants more and more of your money. They have ever changing rude staff who do not know what they're doing and ovrall just a god awful place to live that the bar next door doesn't even help cope with how unprofessional this complex is.
