Verified Renter I owned my home for 25 years end it was a big decision that after my mothers passed away, who lived with me for over six years after my father passed. I dont regret the decision I made to sell and now rent. I am over 70 and just didnt want the hassle anymore of owning a home and decide to rent. It was the best decision I ever made. Staff staff is amazing as is the complex here at Oro Vista apartments.

Verified Renter Pros: Pros: PROS: Love the location, the property, and the amenities. Vaughn and Sayeh are responsive and professional. CONS: I was disappointed with the extensive number of repairs that were necessary and clearly evident after spending only an hour inside the apartment after getting the key. The process of getting all of the repairs fixed was frustrating and took about 2 weeks.
