Verified Renter I have been living here since January 2016 and the apartments are very nice, the assistant manager is excellent, the amenities are wonderful (except for the new furniture for the indoor/outdoor clubhouse), the view of the Santa Catalina Mountains is gorgeous along with being in a great location for anything you may need or want. Overall, I have enjoyed my stay here.

I have concerns about rental increases especially when the safety gates have not worked in almost a year.

Verified Renter I have lived in the Oro Vista Apartments since 2016 and it is a very nice apartment complex. It is dog friendly which is a plus for me, it has very nice amenities (clubhouse, pool, outdoor grills, picnic area gym) and great with maintenance. Everything you may need is in walking distance (restaurants, food store, hair salons, pharmacy and much more).
