My girlfriend and I loved living at the Osprey and would have continued to had we not had to relocate for school. The management is as good as it gets and the facilities/amenities are excellent. We looked at each apartment complex when we moved to the south waterfront and this was by far the most impressive. Thanks for a wonderful year Osprey!
I had the pleasure of working with Amethyst. Not only is she professional, she is very sweet and genuine. This Sam G below me sounds like a "petty little bia" throwing names out and taking the time to go on here and leave a negative review. At the end of the day, he is moving into Osprey. I am amazed that I can't get a tour on a Sunday. I'm flying in for the day to look at apartments. I guess a potential leaser is not worth someone's time! I appreciate the response. The person I communicated with is Kelsey. She said Guided tour appointments on Sunday, August 3rd aren't available. Beautiful building and nice staff. However there is a strong artificial fragrance being used in the lobby that we just could not get past. Having an asthmatic disability, it is a health issue too. Please consider the air that we share.
When recently touring apartments in the Marquim Hiil and South Watergate areas, Osprey apartments and our leasing professional, Alexandra Pierce, were real stand-outs! Alex was so professional, went to a great deal of effort in showing us all available options, was very knowledgable, and so patient. I moved here a year ago and I love it. When I relocated here from Hawaii most of my packages were waiting for me in my apartment as well as, a plant and welcome letter. It took me a while to get use to living here, but today I finally went to one of the events. I went to learn about bees that they are adding to the ecosystem but, after the event I learned so much more. I had a few suggestions and each suggestion I had I found out it was already here. I LOVE this place. The staff is so incredibly kind and friendly. All the tenants are so nice. They are so pet friendly. They have a dog washing station and espresso machine. So excited to in Waterfront. Love Aleah. She was so nice and so helpful. Rent today!!!
The Styl team has been a breath of fresh air since taking over the leasing space here at the osprey. My maintenance issues have been promptly involved and our community events have been so much fun so far! Having drinks and an open space to socialize with residence has been great especially after moving in during the pandemic when meeting neighbors was initially tough. Thank you Henry & Team!
All my issues were addressed. I think current management is by far the best since I have been there. Most invested to current residents. The 4 stars is due to the smokers that stand right outside the door and there needs to be a meet and great for dogs as some have no business in an apartment and are simply very aggressive. We decided to move out of the city but would recommend if you wanted a safe neighborhood and quiet area.
