Seriously don't move here, I'm trying to save you here! I have lived here 3 months, in an apartment that no one has lived in before, and have already put in over 5 maintenance requests. Thankfully the maintenance staff is so on top of things and so quick to respond, but don't get the front office staff involved because they will treat you with utmost disrespect. Edit: Changing my review to 5 stars. This place has improved immensely and is a great place to live. The events they hold are fantastic with food, drinks and photo booths. They offer pacific perks coffee and also pastries twice a week. They have changed the parcel system so it's super convenient and easy to grab your parcels at any time of day! What an amazing place! I was here for a party (rented a suite) and the venue was beautiful, the view was great, and they had anything and everything we could think of. I looked around a bit just out of curiosity and the facility, as well as the general area, was spotless. Definitely a place to come check out if you're on the hunt for an apartment or just a cool place to rent for the evening.
