I really enjoyed living at the Osprey and was sad to leave. Often times large apartment complexes have a lot of issues, but I really can't complain about my experience here. Leasing: It was a super easy and painless process with great communication via email (my preferred method.) Felt compelled to update my review as a change has occurred at the Osprey - with some strong opinions attached, as with all change. Same building, new management. Same AWESOME location, Gourmet coffee machine, tea assortment, state of the art gym with Peloton bikes, same welcoming atmosphere and bonuses for dog parents (a dog wash and daily dog cookies). As stated in other reviews, we used to have a wonderful community and management. The Osprey was recently sold, and new management has taken over. Since then, they have gotten rid of the free barista services and are intending to replace the valet parking with self-parking (which is going to be impossible because the garage is extremely small and spaces are double parked) and are actually going to charge tenants MORE MONEY to park their own cars. You must have a sense of humor if you live here. Something is always broken. Plan on an elevator being down daily... so that's 15 minutes every day. They lock one off to do recycling at 8AM-- weekly middle of business rush. The courtesy carts are hard to find and hallways are in despair. The team is amazing but the manger needs to get it together! He's clueless.

An update for the potential osprey tenants. The bad leasing agent is gone. The apartment worked out good enough to renew. No complaints. It is pretty small but you know it up front. The value is there. The layout could be a little better but that's just a little less foam on the cappuccino. It's all good and I still recommend it. I do wish there was a grocery store nearby but I do hear something is coming. So I say go ahead and lease. I don't think you'll be sorry.

I loved living at the Osprey apartments. The room was pristine upon move in. The gym on second floor is the biggest in the South Waterfront and it was so convenient allowing me to cancel my gym membership. The South Waterfront area had everything that I wanted and more. Shops, food options, and even a few places to grab a drink after a long day. The Osprey is amazing! I have been living here for almost a year now and I honestly do not have one thing to complain about. It is in a perfect location with only a 5-10 minute drive to downtown. The staff are amazing and are quick to respond to something that might be an issue. I have never had a problem getting in and out of the building with my fob and it is easy to let someone in through your phone if you are expecting someone; this is a very convenient plus. Seriously don't move here, I'm trying to save you here! I have lived here 3 months, in an apartment that no one has lived in before, and have already put in over 5 maintenance requests. Thankfully the maintenance staff is so on top of things and so quick to respond, but don't get the front office staff involved because they will treat you with utmost disrespect. Edit: Changing my review to 5 stars. This place has improved immensely and is a great place to live. The events they hold are fantastic with food, drinks and photo booths. They offer pacific perks coffee and also pastries twice a week. They have changed the parcel system so it's super convenient and easy to grab your parcels at any time of day!
