I have never dealt with more incompetent people in my life, I have done EVERYTHING this firm as asked me to do only to get phone calls asking and repeating the same thing. The final straw was they asked me to go over form 21-0781 which I called and told them the VA was looking for and was told DONT WORRY it's taking care of. I called the VA and was told they are still waiting for 21-0781, outreach legal then sent me the form on 6/19/26 I signed it and sent it back on 6/24/26 and got confirmation they received it, on 7/15/26 ... read more

This Company was very disappointing to me they Never inform me on my status of my claim I I had a faster response doing my claims all By myself with them it was very slow
