Nelisa Lopez was extremely courteous, informative and professional in explaining the services of Outreach. She answered all my questions and provided suggestions for my initial disability case review. My disability claim was denied by the VA, even though the Chief of Neuro Surgery was the medicial professional that wrote the supporting document for the disability designation.
