Nelisa Lopez was extremely courteous, informative and professional in explaining the services of Outreach. She answered all my questions and provided suggestions for my initial disability case review. My disability claim was denied by the VA, even though the Chief of Neuro Surgery was the medicial professional that wrote the supporting document for the disability designation. Thank you Nelisa for such a excellent first impression.

Just begun this claim process and couldn't be happier with the professionalism Outreach Legal has shown. The lady I spoke with, that questioned me, on my disabilities was very knowledgeable and professional. and made the process very easy and understandable, I was very impressed with her answering my questions and being so patient with me.

Nelisa Lopez (intake receptionist) was kind, and listened and I believe genuinely cared for my VA situation. Which is more than I can say for any VA representative or medical staff. She was the reason that I went with your firm. I hope the attorney is half as helpful, and I will gladly pay 33%.
