Rey was a big help to me. My roommate had failed to do her part, which was to pay for the utilities and she let this go for six months. Rey helped me understand what was going on and sent me a PDF with all the details. This was instrumental to me as I confronted her. I paid the bill which included penalties. She still has not paid me back, but she said she would. Rey was nice and a big help.
