Chris knew right away my problem and solved it with the proper parts! He is Awsome!!
Our carbon monoxide and fire alarm monitors were knocked out by the earthquake. Thankfully, both were replaced today by Eric, who did a fine job.
The Overlook team as a whole are professional, kind and fair! Their customer service is second to none! I moved here with all the intentions to only stay 6 months, that was 8 years ago and I am looking forward to 8 more!

The complex itself is beautiful and has quite a few convenient and unique amenities. It's very dog friendly which is awesome. Chris from the maintenance staff is great - he has been very responsive, knowledgeable, and efficient for many of the issues we have had so far! Much appreciated.
Both gentleman Dean and Kendall were very polite and professional. Did great and fast work.
Chris, as always was very helpful. He is always friendly and very knowledgeable. Also, my pup loves it when he comes by because he gives him some love. He is the best!
I really appreciate Lisa Knuth, Rob, Dean and Kendall for a fantastic job!! We were having an issue with our clothes dryer not drying clothes properly and Lisa and Rob were quick to identify the problem and fixed it immediately. They are all a wonderful asset to Overlook and Aion Management!! I can’t say enough great things about them. Thank you to the maintenance team for all you do every day!!
