Chip is extremely knowledgeable, took his time and explained every little detail as I was nervous and unsure of the process. He was recommended to me from a friend who also used his services and was very pleased. I felt very confident in his ability and his honesty.

Kim was great. She kept me in the loop through the entire long and tiresome process of buying a short sale. It took 7 1/2 months to close this, but Kim was always in the background making sure we had everything we needed on this end.
Kim was always available to answer any questions. This became very helpful especially when we were on site and needed to know financial information to proceed with our sale.
Aggie went above and beyond my expectations to help my husband and I understand how our loan would work, what we needed to provide, time limits, and who would handle each step in the process. She also kept us up to date on where and when each step was completed. It was nice to know that we could call at anytime with any questions.
