Kim is the best! She took her time to explain the process and worked with us through to the end! Kim makes you feel like your more than a loan number. Our situation had a lot of moving parts and we were made to feel like we were the most important people in Fayetteville. I would recommend Kim to friends and family. My wife and I could not be more pleased and will see Kim again.

I was looking to complete the home buying process in around a month and OVM was very receptive to working on an expedited timeline for my VA loan. They did a great job and fully explained the process. There were no surprises at the end of the road, and I was able to close in under four weeks.
Over the entire loan process we were kept up to date on the progress of our home loan. During this process clear information was given to us which led to issues being resolved quickly and the over all process being finished in a timely manner.
For a first time home buyer, the OVM team did their best to make sure everything was as smooth of a purchase as possible.
Jon Sweeney and his staff went above and beyond to help us get our VA refinance loan. It was the easiest loan process I've ever experienced. We did everything by telephone, text, fax and email saving us from having to drive back and forth to the various office's to obtain proper documentation, etc. He was extremely knowledgeable, and worked hard to cover any communication necessary for helping to get this loan.
