Kim is the best! She took her time to explain the process and worked with us through to the end! Kim makes you feel like your more than a loan number. Our situation had a lot of moving parts and we were made to feel like we were the most important people in Fayetteville. I would recommend Kim to friends and family. We did everything by telephone, text, fax and email saving us from having to drive back and forth to the various office's to obtain proper documentation, etc. He was extremely knowledgeable, and worked hard to cover any communication necessary for helping to get this loan.
