I worked with Chip to handle refinancing my mortgage, and I can’t imagine things going more smoothly. I was pretty ignorant about the whole process, but Chip and his team guided me through it with ease. I was always responded to quickly via email (within 24 hours) and any complicated situations/questions were handled over the phone right away. It was a pleasure working with Mrs Kimberly Evers she was very patient with me when trying to get all my paperwork together. It's difficult moving to a new location an sometimes you don't have all your paperwork handy. She was very patient with me in getting the items needed. I would definitely work with her again.
