John was very forthcoming and honest about the entire mortgage process from the beginning. His knowledge of mortgage "do's and don't's" is impressive. He approached each new challenge with zeal and energy and I knew in the end that I would be able to complete the process - which I did with the help of John and his team.

Mr. Lewis was perhaps the best loan officer with whom I'm ever worked. His company processed the loan quickly and accurately, and I had none of the usual "horror stories" you hear when dealing with mortgage brokers. He is likable and patient, and his experience helps guide you through all aspects of the process. I highly recommend him, the underwriter Ms. Lawrence, and his company, OVM.
