My parents needed their gate fixed. I called, Joe to came out look at it. Turns out the gate needed to be replaced. Two days latter my mom called super excited she had a new gate and no sign that anyone had ever been there. ( I forgot to tell her I was haveing someone come while she was out) That is truly great that every thing was cleaned up and not even sawdust on the ground. The customer service, professionalism and end product were fantastic! I have used Ozark fence on 2 different houses and have been ecstatic with the results.
Disappointed in the way this company chose to communicate with us in regard to a potential job. Joe came out on Wednesday October 9, 2024 to give us an estimate on a chain link fence and privacy fence that was damaged by a tree. We were told that we would receive an estimate on October 10. We called on October 15 and 16 to follow up on the job, “notes” were sent back to have him get in contact with us. No correspondence of any kind was received. Business response:
While on site we did note that two sections of privacy fence were damaged due to a tree falling. There was also roughly 10’ of chain link fencing damaged. We were asked to provide a proposal for insurance to replace the entire line of 74’. It was then said that the chain link fence would likely just be removed later since having two fences was redundant. After discussing this with our lawyer as well as our insurance agent, both felt that this could be construed as insurance fraud.
