Within four months of install, our fence has faded to nearly white and looks years old. It was supposed to be pre-stained. It took several weeks of emailing to get a response, and finally they responded and said they must not have stained it after all, so they will make it right. It’s been 2 months since that communication and have not heard from them again. I will update my review when they make it right. We paid several thousand dollars for this fence and expect the quality and service we paid for.

If you have a big project they are on it. HOWEVER…. We needed an extension of our fence, which they installed less than two years ago and some repairs. THEY NEVER CALLED US BACK and we left many messages. After asking for a recommendation since it was clear they didn’t want to be bothered, the person recommended wouldn’t call us back either. Customer service after the install = 0.

Joe Everest , Your true colors showed today. I ordered my fencing materials while I worked there, including gates to be made at a later date, when I had sizes. Unfortunately even as a employee, your price to install my fence was double every other quote I've received. Which I should mention is pretty embarrassing for me and you. when I had to call around after I left and be asked why Ozark Fence didn't install it when I worked there. After six weeks of waiting and numerous failed promises, I'll be taking my business elsewhere and telling everyone I know in every media I can to do the same.
I have a fence that needs repaired they won't call me back they won't return my emails now that my fence is paid for and it's broken they don't want to fix it for customer service I even went into the office to ask them when I would get it fixed then they said oh yes we'll get it fixed still haven't heard nothing from them that was 2 weeks ago call left a message said they will get back to me nothing nothing terrible. We ordered a fence from Ozark Fence at the beginning of last year and paid more than a 50% deposit. After months of waiting they finally started installing the WRONG fencing which did not match the rest of our existing fencing. We asked them to replace it but was told it was permanently installed. I offered to take it down myself if they would just give us what we paid for and ordered.
