Disappointed in the way this company chose to communicate with us in regard to a potential job. Joe came out on Wednesday October 9, 2024 to give us an estimate on a chain link fence and privacy fence that was damaged by a tree. We were told that we would receive an estimate on October 10. We called on October 15 and 16 to follow up on the job, “notes” were sent back to have him get in contact with us. No correspondence of any kind was received. Business response:
While on site we did note that two sections of privacy fence were damaged due to a tree falling. There was also roughly 10’ of chain link fencing damaged. We were asked to provide a proposal for insurance to replace the entire line of 74’. It was then said that the chain link fence would likely just be removed later since having two fences was redundant. After discussing this with our lawyer as well as our insurance agent, both felt that this could be construed as insurance fraud.
We had a women come out to see what we wanted and two weeks later we still can't get a quote from her! She never emailed us a quote, we gave her about 5 days, then have called about three times to have the quote sent, never had one sent. Needless to say we will not be doing business with this company if they arent interested enough in our business to send us a quote. Very unprofessional, will not recommend to anyone.
