Love it! I love all the options this have. If you are a crafty person you need your tags to have style. I live also this has a ribbon option. The best is it uses the same tape my other Brother tag maker uses.

First, the display is too dim to see on any setting -- every setting looks same, & I need a flashlight aimed at the screen to see much, no matter what ambient light I have in the room. 1.0 out of 5 stars So disappointed! Doesn’t work and has few fonts This was so promising. I have had Brother labelers nearly all my life. They have always been work horses and last a really long time. Since I also craft I thought this would be great. Not! It doesn’t close all the way in back, the ribbon gets backed up in the machine, and the cartridges are $2+ more expensive. Returning.

Sending a RIBBON with a label machine? I bought this machine because I had an much older model. I bought 3 tapes for it. I discovered it came with a ribbon. Ok, I KNOW some may like printing on ribbons, but I bought a label maker, with intentions to print labels to STICK on things. WHY ON EARTH do they enclose a ribbon with a label maker??????? No Charger Included My label maker did not include a charger in the package so I have not been able to use it yet.
