Scam? Was really excited to get this machine because of all the options it has. The first like 10 labels I printed came out perfect. I've had two of these sent to me and both of them had the same issue after that. The first letter of everything I try to print comes out faded. I have to print the same thing 5 times before I'll get one that prints completely black. I think Brother is making their money on refills! Doesn’t last Only used it a couple of times to test it out. Then it already died and won’t turn on.
Save your money Save your money. It does not come with an adapter, that's extra and just one little sample of ribbon. Despite putting new batteries in the machine it would not turn on. Then I tried to get customer support. Not available and no way to email them with questions. I should have known better when I saw it was a brother product. Frankly, I have never bought a machine from this company that I liked and/or actually worked
