I have experienced other so-called specialists in this field and no one measures up to the training and procedures given by Binegar and staff. Don’t give up ; see him and if it’s your first time seeking help don’t waste time with any others. Go here!!

Because of several pain management problems I have been a patient of Dr. Binegar's for a couple of years. But here I would like to encourage people to try PRP Plasma Replacement Therapy! I had two torn very painful tendons. After other procedures I agreed to PRP, not yet credited by the FDA. Total success. Total success! What relief! Look into it. For years I'd been asking to go to a pain management office and finally got the chance .... how can I explain how much these people have helped me without writing a book ? I had my shots in my neck today. Today the staff was friendly and accommodating. I never did see the doctor Face to face. I was laying in the prone position when he came in and started shooting shots in my neck. I was told that I would see him eye to eye once I was in recovery. Kept looking for him and wanted to ask questions to him personally. He never appeared and I was scheduled for another set of shots before I was even able to determine whether the shots helped me. Kim, receptionist, was very short and rude on my first visit to the clinic. I even hesitated to return for my appt for shots in my neck. She argued with me and treated me very inappropriately when I asked for help filling out forms on first visit. If it was not for my friendship with Fred I would have left the office.

I have been a patient at Pain Care Boise for the past 4 years. I came to Dr. Binegar with a condition that had been ongoing for well over 20 years and is constantly degrading. Dr. Binegar and his staff are so compassionate and caring. I know if there were something that could be done to get me completely out of pain Dr. Binegar would have done it. I have had five back surgeries and have never had any relief until Dr. Binegar has started with treatments of injections and several other procedures available. Not only has he treated my spine, he also has treated my right knee, of which prevented me from walking without pain. Fred is just great . Very courteous, patient and extremely knowledgeable. Always has time for any questions, and is NEVER late. The entire staff is wonderful.
