It was difficult to have a conversation with Dr. Benigar as he didn't communicate with me. He would come in to do the procedure and then run out. I looked at my chart and he made up whatever he wanted it to project which means he didn't listen to any of my symptoms or hear me say l wasn't getting any better. Sad place for pain treatment. You will end up in more pain after you leave then you did when you started seeing them. They are rude, do not return phone calls and just keep scheduling you for more useless treatments without even speaking to your doctor.

Very sad and unprofessional place to visit. If it is important to you to meet your doctor face-to-face then don't go here

I am very unhappy and unsure of this pain care facility. My first visit was met with a very rude receptionist that argued with me and called me a liar. After that I saw the PA, he was somewhat helpful but spent very little time on my issues and ignored issues that I brought up as a problem. I did get an appointment within a weeks time to have shots in my neck. Dr Binegar is by far the worst doctor ever, all he wants to do is give you cortisol shots that do nothing to help the pain and give you crappy pain meds that don't work either. Worst pain doctor ever, he don't care about his patients or how bad they are hurting.

After hearing good things about Dr. Binegar, I thought he may be worth a try after having a bad experience at the V.A. After my first appt. with Friel who was disrespectful, unwilling to discuss options and very pompous. Reminded me of the retired military officers that feel themselves above reproach. If you're not open to discussion about procedures and options go back to the military where you can play that game.
