My first injection really made a difference, but my second injection does not seemed to have worked. The injection site is still tender and has a hard knot still in it, the swelling is almost gone. It is nothing the Dr. Or staff has done, it seems I am always the person that has difficulties when it comes to anything medical, just my luck. Everyone was so friendly and professional, and my experience was great..........except it hurt...hehe.

I have been well cared for as a long term patient. Pain Care Boise works as a team, to me that is most important. I fully appreciate Dr. Binegar and PA Fred Friel. They are attentive and almost intuitive with my care. They keep me on my feet which is sometimes not so easy. Thank you Pain Care Boise! I don't know where I would be without you!!!

The doctors at Pain Care Boise are great. No issues whatsoever. The staff needs some training in customer service and responsiveness. For two weeks I waited for a response regarding a procedure. I had my insurance call them to make things easier. I called several times to check on the status only to be told by clueless staff that they didn’t know and would call me back which never happened. My last call was to Amy. She had no idea about the status of anything and acted snippy about my frustration and basically hung up on me.... read more
