This review is based solely on what happened today with LiLi. My mother in law passed away early Sunday morning. (today is Tuesday) We took everything out of the room with the exception of one easy lift chair. We asked the staff if another patient could use it and were told yes. So, we left it. Today LiLi called and said that we had to remove the chair or she would charge us continued rent on the room. ( about $600/day) I explained to her that we left it because someone else needed it. DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONES HERE! My father was placed in the care of The Commons for about 2 months. He had advanced Parkinsons Disease and needed full time assistance with everything - dressing, bathing, personal hygiene, eating, taking meds, all essential functions.... We were paying a premium at this place - about $20k a month! Upon his arrival, I went over the details for his care with the staff, present was the Executive Director Charito and the Director Li Li. This is a top notch facility for the retired and is pretty nice but, the only problem with this is the lady at the front desk....she gives you alot of attitude for free...if you ever come to PAC, check this lady out because she doesn't seem to be nice to anyone...she has short curly, black hair and basically looks like a man, she reminds me of the masculint high school gurl bully (or what I like to say, "girl"llas) that the t.v. shows always protrays....she gave me attitude everytime I come in until I was tired of it...now, ... read more
