We really had excellent service with the person that did my wife’s facial and my massages. Top quality and we were impressed . Only issue we had was that when you pay for a spa experience and travel 1800 miles to a top level resort your expectations are that the amenities should all work. We were quite disappointed that the steam rooms did not work in either side the me s or women’s. The hot tub also did not work on the men’s side as the jets did not work. Everything about the facial was perfect! Friendly and informative care by the esthetician, and the massage part was amazing as well.
Service technicians were wonderful, beautiful facilities. Facility could be better kept. Replenish items more often and fix the men’s hot tub and steam sauna
