I loved this spa!! My experience was 5 star. I looooved Shaina! She was awesome and amazing I felt like a spoiled princess. It was nice and clean. I made another appointment for next month. Please Shaina a raise or make her the manager of the spa she has perfect hospitality.
Absolutely wonderful beginning to end.
The spa is very nice, but I think the waiting room could use more lounge chairs. The masseuse and esthetician I had for both of my services were some of the best I’ve had. I can’t wait to book another trip out to the resort and enjoy a couple more spa services

The customer service was excellent, the premises were beautiful and peaceful, and the massage treatment was wonderful. I'd like to acknowledge Shaina who truly made the experience warm and welcoming, from checking in to checking out. She went above and beyond to make sure my friend and I had a comfortable and celebratory experience.

They were able to accommodate me last minute with an express massage. Jenifer did such an amazing job. Would definitely recommend!
Wonderful Hot Stone Massage!
I had a wonderful Spa Day at Palo Verde Spa gifted to me by a dear friend. The day started out with a fabulous 90 minute full body massage with Johnny. He listened to me when I told him where the aches and pains were to focus on, and he hit all the right spots. It was a great massage. I’ll definitely be back. Then came the rejuvenating facial with Kerry. Probably the most relaxing facial I’ve ever had, that included my favorite — the scalp massage — and a hand and foot massage.
