The total experience was beyond my expectations, as I was informed I could enjoy the amenities of the spa all day! I arrived a couple hours before my appointment and swam in the outdoor pool, then floated as I tanned in the sun, and took a deep nap on a poolside chaise. My treatment, the 🍋 sugar body scrub, deep scalp massage and oil treatment, plus reflexology with Lisa was beyond amazing. The face was very good and great service. The waiting area was so calming and cutely decorated.

The girls who were at the front desk did the best they could, but the women’s locker room had continuous piles of glasses and trash. The poolside service was very slow.
The pedicure was amazing! I stayed to enjoy the rest of the amenities which were ok. Things were reasonably well maintained but food was nonexistent. The snacks in the relaxation room were never restocked, the water tasted funny and no poolside food service was offered. I was prepared to stay for lunch poolside but left when no one ever showed up and no information was given about how to order.
