Ryan Webster was great! Admittedly I know NOTHING about windows and Ryan spent time explaining the process to us so that we could completely understand what we could expect from sales to installation and lifetime warranty. It is nice to see the product and feel the difference with the heat lamp test to make an informed decision. He also provided us options on the windows that we didn’t know exist or were possible - i.e. crank style windows that will go perfectly in our breakfast nook. So excited for the installation.
Ryan Webster was very communicative and helpful in thoroughly explaining the options for our window replacement. He provided different options and showed me the heat lamp test on the two pane vs three pane window. That and the insulation on the windows is what sold me. We want our home to be as energy efficient as it can be and it’s way overdue for these windows to be replaced.
