I had great interaction with Rhonda, who set up my appt time and answered my questions. She was communicative in returning my calls and emails and was a delight to talk with. The 3 man crew arrived at 9am and were very polite. (Job completed before 5pm). We showed them the path to the bathroom where they were going to replace the tub with a walk-in shower, seat, grab bars and stationary and handheld shower heads.
